First Steps

This is a Wiki. You can edit pages by clicking at the edit button at the bottom of a page.

Text Markup

• List elements begin with a minus sign on a fresh line
• Text enclosed in slashes is printed with emphasis
• Text enclosed in asterisks is printed with strong emphasis

If you want to include * or / in your text, prefix them with a backslash.

 Text prefixed with vertical bars is not re-formatted,
 but markup commands like / and * work as usual.

A horizontal line can be inserted by placing two minus signs in an otherwise empty line:

You can create a table by starting a line with a # character and separating columns with the same character:

Each line must contain a complete row.

Creating New Pages

To create a new page, just enclose its name in square brackets. The new page will be created automatically and a link to it will be inserted. To create an external link, just include the URL in square brackets: http://www.t3x.org[^].

You can include an alternative text for a reference (either internal or external) in the square brackets by placing it before the reference and finishing it with a vertical bar, like this: alternative text.

Name Spaces

A page can be assigned a name space by prefixing its name with an identifier, a colon, and a blank. For example, the reference to the page named "sandbox" below is in the name space "kvikki".
